Fast Track Enrollment Ready to secure your child’s spot immediately? With our Fast Track option, families can register, pay the deposit, and either confirm their enrollment on the spot—or claim the next available spot on our waitlist.
Here’s how it works:
- Fill out the Enrollment Form
- Submit your $3,000 deposit through our secure portal
- If a space is available, we’ll send your confirmation within 24 hours
This option is ideal for families who are ready to act quickly and want to minimize back-and-forth communication.
- Apply Online Submit your application using our Online Application Form. Applications are reviewed on a rolling, first-come basis. Once received, we’ll reach out with availability and next steps.
- Receive Your Offer If space is available, we will email you an offer to confirm your child’s enrollment. Mid-year enrollment is possible based on availability.
- Confirm Your Spot To secure your spot:
- Submit a deposit ($3,000) or a discounted full payment.
- You’ll receive a confirmation and payment plan for remaining tuition.

- Submit Required Documents Enrollment is only finalized once all NY State-mandated forms are received. Required documents include:

- Original Medical Record (valid for 1 year, updated annually)
- Completed Child Info Forms (first-time enrollment)
- Signed Medical Treatment Consent
- Allergy Plan
- Individual Health Care Plan (completed by pediatrician)

Late Submission Policy: A $50 fee will be charged for each repeated request due to incomplete or delayed documents.
Enrollment Details
Start Age: Children may enroll starting at 6 months of age.
Potty Training: Not required. We work closely with families on each child’s individual readiness.
Schedule Flexibility: 2-day, 3-day, and 5-day options are available for all programs.
Re-enrollment: Current families receive priority re-enrollment each October for the following school year.
